Some days call for lunch alone at the counter; on others, a glass of wine after work is enough. Seaside BAR makes it easy to choose either a meal or a drink. One diner said the counter was comfortable for solo visits. Another chose the doria lunch and found it good value for both its price and portion, served with salad and ham.

The doria lunch comes with a choice of chicken rice, shrimp pilaf or hayashi rice. There are other options, too: a scallop gratin lunch with baguette, or a demi-glace hamburger steak lunch with a choice of baguette or rice. The grilled hamburger steak is served with mushroom demi-glace sauce. For drinks, the craft beer list includes tasting notes to help distinguish the styles.
